I unfortunately have a Samsung Knack, and it is constantly replacement. This is the fourth time in the past six months, and it is always the same issue. Usually when recieving a text message, the phone will freeze; after removing the battery and trying to power on, the software fails to load, progressing to about 15% and then powering off and repeating this. I think (with my phone expertise (none)) that re-flashing, if it is possible (I do have a phone-usb connection) could solve the problem. I am basing this only off of computer knowledge, naturally. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have had a hard time finding anything.
