First you should check to see if the Bluetooth is making an Audio link with a bluetooth headset. See if that part of the device is working. If it is, then i would persume that you are having a software issue and I would flash the phone and update the software.

I have a blackberry pearl 8110 and my bluetooth is working. It won't let me send or receive anything. It will go through that adding a person and entering the pass key then it says sending failed.I don't know why it just stopped working. What do I do to fix it?
