Had the touch pro and hated it... Played with the Touch Pro2 and noticed no big change.

Went to the Palm Pre and loved it... Couldnt imagine a simpler phone that encompasses everything I need. Plus its OPEN SOURCE so that means with a little book reading you can make it litterally do anything you want.

The slide out keyboard is a mandatory requirement.. I already bought the moment...

I have a question about the moment.. anytime someone from out of town calls it goes to voicemail automatically... whats the deal with that? I havent found any way to fix it

I am a Sprint employee and unless the customer was required by their employer to have a windows mobile phone (the htc touch pro and pro 2) I would never sell them one. Windows mobile OS is the most unreliable platform out there. The Touch Pro2 is far overpriced and by far the heaviest phone I have ever held. The moment is a great phone and Android OS is quickly becoming a favorit for all of my cusotomers. I would recommend the HTC Hero over the moment because it is better in every way except for the slide out keyboard. You will not find the Moment cheaper on Ebay I can say that with 100% certainty. It will be at least four hundred dollars on Ebay versus 180 in store.

You can't go wrong with the Moment. It's a powerful phone that utilizes the Android os. Also, I would recommend the Palm Pre...it's another one of those competitive smartphones, but more sleek (in my opinion). About battery life, from what I know, heavy usage of Facebook, email, and such apps on any of these phones will drain the battery life. Though, the battery life of these phones are all within the same ballpark. Also, you could always purchase a spare battery for those on-the-go days.

I have had the palm centro for about 2 years now...

I will say its been good to me.. ive dropped it numerous times and it keeps on ticking.. I even dropped it in a puddle of water that it sank to the bottom of and the only problem with it is the down key wont work (thank god for touch screen)

    However.. its time to upgrade....

Ive been looking at these 3 phones Samsung moment, HTC pro and the HTC pro 2.

I read reviews for all 3 and battery life seems to be a huge issue with them.. I also am disgusted that even after my rebates the phones i want will all be expensive

180 for the moment 300 for the Pro and 350 for the pro2... I looked on Ebay and i can get the phone for the same price or less..

So.. Which phone would you all recommend and should I get it from sprint or should I order a brand new unopened one from ebay for a discounted price.
