Hi all

I have a question about forcing the Samsung Eternity A867 to GSM or WCDMA.

I want to force the phone to a specific technology. I have 2 phones with the same firmware, but at one point they are different:

When I go to the admin menu with code *#6984125*#, then Select 'Network & call settings', on one phone I get

1. Power on attach
2. Network mode
3. Network order
4. Service domain
5. 2Mode pref.

On the other phone I get

1. Power on attach
2. Network order
3. Service domain
4. 2Mode pref.

The point 'Network mode' is missing. With network mode I can select GSM or WCDMA, and thats what I currently need.

Why does the second phone not list this point?

The phones software version is the same: A867UC+HJ3
