    I also have the same problem. It happened to me about 4 months ago, I took it to the AT&T store and they were unaware of what to do, I had to do a warranty return and they sent me a refurbished one, now this refurbished one is also doing the same thing...I notice that when it starts to happen the calibration will appear to be off, then it will just be unresponsive. I have powered it downa and back on again, it will be unresponsive for a minute and then if I open it, and hit some of the numbers it will respond again. I am getting very frustrated with this. How do you reset it?

    How did you reset it??? My touch screen is also frozen...

    Ive had the impression for a few months and I loved it but now my touch screen is unresponsive,,,,,, at first it was just the bottom features the contacts menu and dial that didnt respond to touch but now its the whole screen ive reset it twice and it seems to work for a little while after that but now there is no way for me to get to the menu screen to reset it again can any body help me please!!!!!
