In the state of Ohio, if you plan on searching a person's cell phone number, you better obtain a search warrant. Searching without it is considered illegal according to The Supreme Court of Ohio.

A person's cell phone holds private digital information in which goes against the 4th Amendment if a person searches without a warrant.
