I've found a similar thread but the solution provided, get an IMAP mail account won't work as I'm in a Corporate environment with Exchange that imposes mailbox size limits.

I have a user that stores all of his mail in a pst in order to compile with the size limit. His blackberry has been configured to be able to see the archive folder & now he's thinking of an iPhone.

Are there any solutions to get visibility to those emails? I found some 3rd party solutions but they require the mail to pass thru the providers servers - I don't believe that will pass muster security wise. Some of the mail is sensitive.
