I have had the LG shine replaced twice after having different problems with it and I gave up on the phone after having yet another problem with the last replacement. The problem with my first LG Shine was that it wouldn't charge. After getting it replaced, the sound stopped working a few months later. The next replacement's display stopped working after a while. Overall, I think I owned an LG Shine for about 1.5 years before giving up on the model. I thought the phone was pretty nice though, I just wish they wouldn't have broken for no apparent reason.
