I have not had any trouble either with my 9700. I use a BT headset a lot.

I've just got myself a Blackberry Bold 9700, and it does seem a bit of a weird way to transfer files via Bluetooth, but it does do it. If you're wanting to accept files by Bluetooth, you need to go to the Media folder, press the menu button on the file type being transferred & select "Receive Using Bluetooth". Job's a good 'un.

Yes blackberries do support bluetooth. Tell her to go into her blackberry menu, go to setup, and then setup bluetooth...it will take you where you need to go from there.

I agree, have not had any trouble and almost all members of our family have Blackberry devices, we transfer info via Bluetooth all the time, usually found under settings.....

Does Blackberry phones support bluetooth devices? Because my friend has a Blackberry 9700 bold, and she said that it does not connect with other devices. Can you share your thought on this? Thanks.
