anyone? all i need to know if it would work if i buy it off ebay. boost mobile said the phone is not available in my area....

Hi, I'm planning on buying a Sanyo mirro on ebay. And i was wondering if it would be possible to do that. When i go to the boostmobile website it says "I'm sorry, this isn't available in your area." We only have the crappy ones in the store lol. I need this question answer ASAP since i'm canceling my phone.
