You'll have to put your phone in safe mode and let iTunes reformat the flash drive. You'll lose your jailbreak, but at least you'll get your phone working again.

I have a iphone 3g that is jail broken.
and now when I turn on the phone it stays stuck on the pineapple screen and it wont show up in itunes. Can anyone help me?
