Configurator URL is apparently long broken. Thread should probably be made unsticky and closed/deleted.

Hmm yes, helpful suggestions right here, but (unfortunately 4 me) had to end up switching providers from T-Mobile to Verizon not so long ago;...i guess it'd sure helped BACK then !!!;...

When I tried the page, I got : Error instantiating web-application
Error finding web-app 'crossdomain' at /home/orion6060/applications/crossdomain: No such file or directory

I am glad that I came across this. I spent many hours with Customer Service. Tech Support finally sent me an OTA.

I'm looking for solutions allowing the Samsung Behold (T919) to play videos from video.mobile.msn.com. The sites load without any errors, and the videos are linked with two playback options Play Lo / Play Hi, but nothing happens when selected. I contacted T-Mobile and the support tech indicated that T-Mobile no-longers support msn.com site issues.

I bought an Cect I9 phone and seem to be having difficulty getting internet and email on it. I tried to config it, but my phone wasn't listed. Then I tried to manually do it, and it still isn't working. I placed my sim card in the phone and I added unlimited web, messaging to my plan. I had previously had the sidekick phone and package. Any help would be great. I'm not in a 3g network, so that shouldn't be the problem.
    Thank you,

    Option 1 (Easier setup):
    Network type: IPv4
    IP and DNS Address: Automatic
Proxy Server and Port: None and 0
    Data Bearer: Packet
    Access Point: wap.voicestream.com
Authentication: Secure (though on my n95, was able to use Normal)
Homepage (that I can't access): the wap t-zones url (I can't post the link since my post count hasn't reached 20).

    Option 2:
    Network type: IPv4
IP: 216.155.165.050 (phone may not except ".050" and default to ".50", which is fine
    Access Point: Packet or GPRS

Hope this works. I found the first option to work, second option is from what came from T-Mobile folks. Despite when trying to connect to T-Zones an error message comes up, email works.
yeah somehow the Nokia N Series r able to send and receive messages perfectly... but I want to use the T-Mobile Data Plan.... to go online where ever and when ever.

Just a little tip, currently there is no data configurations for the Shadow on the t-mobile web site, but the settings for the Dash works for the Shadow.
