I would also go with an HTC although I do have a Blackberry I just got as a backup phone but I love HTC phones as long as they have Windows Mobile. Windows Mobile is a great thing to have on a phone because of the PC compatablility and the applications etc that are out there.

I recently got an HTC and I love it. I work at an electronics store where I sell Iphones and Blackberries all day long and I strong suggest the HTC phones.

First off, Iphones, while neat, are a rip off. Apple owns the rights to everything. You cannot even get insurance through your phone company for the product. You are charged for apps through iTunes as well. The HTC I have is a touch screen that strongly resembles the iPhone and is about as simple to use, the apps are free (mostly) and I can get my insurance through my carrier.

Blackberries are nice, but still designed for a mostly business-minded consumer. With the exception of the new Bold (believe that is right), the Blackberries don't have as large a screen and aren't touch-based. That said, I do have a friend who owns the Curve and LOVES it. She calls it her "Crackberry". She is in a management position and uses the more practical operations, but it still allows her to keep up with things like Facebook as well.

    HTC is best.Battery Life

The HTC Dream’s 1150mAh battery is woefully inadequate. A lunchtime charge will be absolutely necessary for you to make it through the day. Aftermarket batteries exist, from the standard 1150mAh up to 1400mAh for a straight replacement, but if you’re willing to use a replacement back cover that adds 5mm of thickness, you can get up to 2600mAh.

If you have to choose between these two brands, what brand will you choose and why?
