    Yeah, this one is actually clear. They made it clear for the screen, and painted the top. I took the thing apart and noticed that.

    You sure it is a piece of clear plastic? The cover usually have some sort of white plastic.

    I have a Nokia 6085, and it's faceplate is made of a completely clear piece of, I believe, acrylic plastic. The entire top of it was painted except for the openings for the camera and screen. I was wondering what kind of paint cell phones are typically sprayed with, and how to remove it completely. That way, I could show off the inside electronics without exposing them and use the screen's light to illuminate the case at night. Does anyone know what paint Nokia used and/or how to remove it?
