    Although the Samsung Omnia II is not upgradeable to Windows 7 due to Microsoft's requirements, the handset looks like it will see an upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5.3. The Samsung Omnia II was originally launched back in the summer of 2009 and is now going to see a Window's upgrade possibly the second half of May. Improved touchscreen responsiveness and visual enhancements will be a couple of the improvements that the Windows Mobile 6.5.3 will bring. Samsung Omnia II's that are released after the upgrade will all ready have the OS pre-installed and the areas that do not have the white version will soon see it in May.
