A new full touch 3G Android smartphone has just been announce by Garmin and T-Mobile USA. The T-Mobile Garminfone is both and Android and navigation device which offers premium navigation experience that also includes Google Maps along with other web services. Features of the Garminfone include: Maps of North America, voice-guided navigation with text-to-speech directions and a database of about 6 million points of interest, a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 3G, full web browser and a 3-megapixel autofocus camera with digital zoom as well as a charging window and dashboard mount for car use.

T-Mobile plans on launching the Android-powered Garminfone in late spring of this years. pricing has not been mentioned.
