UK has officially launched the Samsung Diva S7070, which is a new touchscreen phone geared toward the female customers.

UK customers can buy the Diva S7070 through Carphone Warehouse and on contract with O2, Orange and T-Mobile free with a contract of at least £15 per month.

One of the unique features of the Diva is the diamond shaped navigation key and the diamond shape back cover. Other features include: a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen display, TouchWiz UI, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, social networking integration, 3.5mm headset jack, and a 3.2MP autofocus camera with a “beauty shot” feature.

Carphone is offering what they call Benefit make-up products to the first 10,000 Samsung Diva buyers free as gifts and O2 is giving away free 12-month subscriptions from iSUBSCRiBE to the first 8,000 buyers.
