Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and not very familiar with cell phones and the services that are available.

I am looking to see if I could get a cell phone that will work anywhere in the world, much more like the skype phone, but something that is also available in the U.S.

I don’t want a cell phone that its service is based on one country and I have to get the “international calling plans” so I can use it in Europe , Asia, Latin America, etc. (Those will be the main places the cell phone will be use at)

So basically I am looking to see if anyone knows of a truly international cell phone???

Please help.
