Isn't it up to you to decide the answer to those questions? I would imagine cell phones are assembled in the same fashion of other electronics, so I would research electronics assembly plants.

I am a student of PRODUCTION AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT
I have a project in which i have to design an assembly line for electronic products such as mobiles
I need a reference that how to design an assembly line for example for mobiles
These question i would like to get the answers

1 Number of elements will be used in the Cells (Raw Material lcd,keypad etc.)
2 how many work stations will be used on the assembly
3 what kind of assembly line will be used
4 what will be the cost of the assembly line
5 what type of assembly line we used i.e. electronic,autiomatic,or we use robots,
6 From where we can but the assembly line etc

please help me out in this matter i have really short time left to complete the project
