    I've got the above phone I bought used from E-Bay. I had one when they were new,
    but recently went to a Black Berry and now BACK to this phone.
    I bought it mainly for the "Voice Recognition" feature so I can "Dictate" my Text Messages.
    On my old SCH A970 all I had to do was press the right top hand button and say,
    "Send Text To....."and then just speak my Text.

    On the NEW SHC A970 I just got from E-Bay, when I press this Button,
    NOTHING HAPPENS.
    Is there a way to "Assign" this button, so that when pushed, It "Beeps" and I can dictate my message?
    I do not have the owners manual and am wondering if I'm missing something here,
    or the phone is Defective?
