Aigo has a new MID phone called the Aigo E500 that runs on Android 1.5. China will be the first market to see the launch of the new MID phone and at a cost of $235. Some of the specs and features of the Aigo E500 MID include:

ARM+dsp dual core processor of 600MHz, a 5" touchscreen display, 128MB of memory RAM, battery life of up to 6 hours in video 8GB expandable up to16GB and internet access. the video playback files include: RMVB, AVI, MOV, FLV, and MVK.

The exact launch date is still unknown.
