    NEC is keeping it interesting by launching a Mobile Internet Device (MID) called the N-08B. The N-08B has a Windows CE OS and will soon be available via NTT DoCoMo sometime in August. Pricing of this handset has not been mentioned but below are some of the specs:

    * 4.6-inch 854 x 480 pixel display
    * QWERTY keyboard
    * Wi-Fi
    * 3G
    * microSD card expansion
    * 3.1-megapixel camera
