You can not get a phone from att and use it with no data, your best bet is to buy one off of someone.

    NOKIA C2 DUAL SIM

    C1-00 DUAL SIM

    C1-01

    C1-02

The official announcement of the Nokia C1 and C2 Dual SIM phones have been announced as launching around the second half of this year.

The Nokia C2 (C2-00) is a Dual SIM handset that allows users to receive calls and messages to both numbers using both SIM cards while the handset is turned on. The first SIM card is located under the battery while the other is considered hot-swappable allowing you to remove that SIM without powering off your handset.

Features of the Nokia C2 includes: Nokia Messaging, Ovi Life Tools, music player, 3.5mm headset jack, FM radio, VGA photo camera, and MicroSD card support (up to 32GB). The price of the Nokia C2 is €45 ($55) and will become availalbe later part of 2010.

The Nokia C1 (C1-00) is a cheaper version of the Nokia C2 and will become available in the third quarter of this year. Price of the Nokia C1 will be around €30 ($39). Features of the Nokia C1 includes an FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, flashlight and a 6 week standby time. Switching between the SIM cards is as easy as holding down a single key.

Nokia has introduced two more phones that are NOT dual SIM and they are the Nokia C1-01 and the Nokia C1-02. The Nokia C1-01 comes in different colors than the Nokia C2-00 but the handset is exactly like the Dual SIM C2. As for the Nokia C1-02, it also does not have a Dual SIM nor does it have a camera.

Both of these non-dual SIM phones should be available around the fourth quarter of 2010 with the C1-01 costing €39 and the C1-02 for €35.
