Plig the phone in, then on the phone, hit disconnect. You are now able to detect it with any program

snowrobert22, you say that you got it to work the first time. I see that you have not set your phone on this site to be the Samsung U450 (Intensity). Did you try to connect BitPim or PC Studio to a Samsung U450? If so, which, BitPim or PC Studio? I suspect you used some other phone.

By the way, I have tried both BitPim and PC Studio with my Samsung U450 without success. Please let me know if ANYONE succeeds! I really just want to sync my calendar and it seems impossible.

Did you ever try and connect the phone to your comp. in the first place? Are the necessary drivers installed on your computer?

So am i doing something wrong? Is any one is knowledgeable on how to use PC Studios and BitPim with the Samsung Intensity U450. Or just knows how to get into the phone so i can have personal ring tones for my contacts.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.
