My LG Banter doesn't have "Display>Word Prediction" When I press "8" after display settings it brings me to display themes and there is nothing there that includes word prediction. does this mean i can never turn it off?

You have to hit Menu>1.Messaging>9.Settings>1. All messages>5. Speed Messaging>OFF

Then go to Menu>9.Settings>2. Display>8. Word Prediction>OFF

When I text (I use ABC) sometimes word (suggestions?) pop up in grey, and then they turn black and become part of the message if the next character I'm typing is a symbol (colon, period, bracket etc.) How do I stop these grey words from popping up and interferring with what I'm typing?

P.S. This happens when I use the QWERTY keyboard, I haven't used the number pad to text yet.
