    Hi

The N95 has 40% more RAM.
    N95 uses a Dual CPU at 332mhz, N85 uses a single Cpu at 369mhz
    N95 8GB has a 2.8" screen, The N85 has a 2.6" screen
The N95 has an OLED display, so it looks brighter, crisper.
The N95 is 21mm thick, the N85 is 16mm thick.
    Both have GPS features.

I think the biggest plus for the N85 is the beautiful screen and slimmer profile. The biggest plus for the N95 is bigger RAM where many applications will run faster on the N95. Also the connector on the N95 is on the "bottom" edge of the phone while the N85 has it on the top. This slight difference means that you can find many more 3rd party docks and cradles (such as in-car GPS mounts, etc) for the N95.

    Thanks

With regards to the pencil key and the functionality it brings, I have read as much as I can find regarding the N85 and everything I have read seems to indicate that the pencil key is replaced by the hash key for changing text input method. Well actually that is not a change at all because you can use the hash key on the N95-8GB to change the input method. What you can NOT do with the hash key and what I have not seen ANY indication of is you can NOT copy and paste using the hash key. The apparent removal of the copy and paste feature is indeed a downgrade and IMHO a big one.

I would say N85 - it has better specs and some more features than N95... My wife is using one from timtechs and she is very happy with it... Regarding multiple clocks, I know there is an app for that ...
