    Hi,

The mobile phone I'm referring to is a LG GM360 model. (Its name wasn't available in the list here).

I seem to have a terrible problem. It's been purchased only today. I installed LG PC Suite IV, because I wanted to synchronize my contacts. While being inside the software I was prompted to install new firmware, dedicated to this very model. The latest firmware is: V10B. The previous firmware was: V10A.
The problem is that after having performed the firmware upgraded, the menus of the phone are missing any text under the icons. The whole procedure ran smoothly without any interruption. Then I switched it on only to see this.

What should I do now? I cannot downgrade, because the software says I already have the latest firmware version. Is this due to faulty firmware?
    How could I fix it??
    Regards,
    Radek
