    I currently have one year left on my Bell contract. I'm getting the HTC Legend. I wanna get it from Virgin Mobile because their price is $350, whereas Bell's no contract price is $400.

    1. Would I be able to use Virgin's HTC Legend with Bell?
    2. Will Virgin unlock it for me for free? If not how much do they charge to unlock?
    3. Will it require a data plan?
