if you have bluetooth on your desktop/laptop see if maybe you could transfer whatever files you need that way. many phone manufacturing companies now a days dont install the function for the data transfer cable. with the advances of bluetooth and other wireless technology it gets harder to find phones that will still work with a data cable. also there is a micro SD card slot on the txtm8. just go get a card and put ur files on there. if you dont have a micro SD card drive our a SD card driver on your computer u could always use the adapter that comes with the micro SD card when you buy it. put the card in your camera for instance and connect it to your pc that way.

Where can I find software to make my data cable work? It's a Cricket TXTM8/TXT8026. So is there a site where I can download or at least purchase this software?
