is it still under warranty?

Okay i recently broke my phone and i just got a replacement. And of course a few days after i get a new phone it breaks. Well i'm not sure exactly what hapened but i was with my friends messing around and im not sure but i think i hit it in my pocket. I took it out and noticed it turned off and now it wont turn on! I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in and i tried charging it and it doesnt charge. I put my tounge on the battery to see if it still works and i still feel a shock sooo i dont know. Any suggestions?
