Hi there, I recently purchased the phone in the title, and attempted to delete a message from my inbox, when I discovered if I simply clicked and held the message in the folder and pressed delete, it did not respond. When I clicked '...' and then delete, and ticked the message, it loaded for a while and then said the deletion failed. I wonder if it's a setting or the messages are locked? Please help.
