I was having the same problem & tried to follow the steps in the link given...guess I'm not as good as Tech Hater because now it's receiving my messages, but when I go to open them, it says "message not found." Also haven't had any success in sending. Any suggestions? Tech Hater, would you mind posting your exact configurations?

You should give yourself a lot of the credit. The field names from that thread do not translate directly to the ones in the Samsung menu so to figure it out in such a short time requires more savvy than some "real" tech haters have. =)

Anyway you're welcome, and glad you got it working!

    Hi Tech Hater,

this is a common problem when you buy an unlocked phone. You need to configure the MMS settings for your B2100. That will be under Menu/Messages/Settings/Multimedia messages/Multimedia message profiles. You need to create a new profile and enter the right info for AT&T.

You might find this thread helpful: MMS Configuration - AT&T Wireless Community

    Good luck!

I have a Samsung B2100. When trying to send or receive a multimedia message I get a message "configuration error". An AT&T sales guy tried to help with no success. Samsung will not help because it is not a "U.S." phone. Any ideas on how to configure this phone to use MMS?
