try visiting your nearest local phone stores and try to ask them to show you phone with good camera that is just within your budget and don't forget to ask for the following too: service warranty etc.. etc..

The best camera phone to date is the Nokia N8 but considering your budget you may also check out the Sony Ericsson C905 which also has good camera quality for a basic phone.

    Hi,
It has been around 6-7 years since I last bought a cell phone (current phone is a Samsung SGH-X427M) and now I want a really good camera phone but am having trouble finding one so hopefully someone can help. I do not want a smart phone, and do not want to have to pay for a data plan. I basically just want phone with a really good camera on it with either decent space to store photos or expansion card slot(micro sd or somthing).

    Carrier: AT&T
    budget: $100-$200
Requirements: 3.0 < Mpixals(preferably 5.0), xenon flash(heard this was much better than led), good storage space or expansion slot, no data plan necessary.

I thought I had a winner with the Nokia 6220 classic

but I can't seem to find them anywhere to be sold. So if anyone knows of a phone like it or has other suggestions they would be most appreciated.
