I have recently bought my wife a phone from public mobile. They were supposed to take monthly payments out from my credit card on every first of the month. Yesterday while my wife was at work she noticed her phone was cancelled when the company was supposed to take the monthly payments out from the card. I called public mobile asking to re activate it but i had to pay the activation fee again. They clearly did a mistake and they wouldn't admit to it. They should've reimbursed us somehow to make there customers happy, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So the question is raised "What kinda company are they running?". If they can't compete with the Big boys then don't try. If your thinking of getting a phone from public mobile DONT DO IT!
