Please help....already on 2nd phone in less than 6 months. When press power button, to turn phone on, after screen has locked and screen turns off/ black, my phone often turns off and has to reset before I can use again. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong. I have a 1 minute timeout because Im a nurse and need to toss my phone into my pocket quickly after using medical apps.
Also, my screen has been locking up and I'm not able to get it out of lock screen. This isn't occuring as much as the power off. And I already erased all the apps I downloaded and this did not help whatsoever.
Please assist me. I've contacted Verizon on numerous occasions and they are absolutely no help.
