Whenever my I do several things at the same time with my 5530 the same thing happens. What I do is I restart my phone. If the power button doesn't work I take the battery out and let in refresh for a few minutes. Everything work well afterwards. In your case their might be system problems because restart doesn't work for it. I think it would be better if you have your phone checked by a technician.

I have a Nokia 5530 phone. I am facing a number of problems. My nokia 5530's home screen touch screen is not working. The shortcut tabs have disappeared and the contacts and telephone tab is not working. Every time I switch on my phone, it hangs. How do I solve this problem?
