I am just getting the worst experience I have ever had from a cell phone manufacturer. My Shadow phone just shutdown and will not reboot. The refuse to send me a replacement phone and I will need to wait for 3 to 4 weeks while they try to repair it. Nokia sent me a replacement phone within 3 days. Has anybody had a similar experience? What did you do about it?
