    You can't change the vibration settings in Apple OS - you might be able to find an app to do this if you jailbreak but haven't heard of one.

    I'm legally deaf and use vibration mode to get my text mail while it is in my pocket.
    I've notice that:

    1. It does't vibrate very hard at the full setting? I have set it as high as it will go and I barely feel it.

    2. What make it worse is not only do I barely feel it, it only vibrates once.

    Am I doing something wrong or is the the best it can do. My Blackjack, Blackberry and Impression all vibrate harder and you can set them to vibrate more than once.
