    You will need the msn to activate nextel, not the IMEI.

    the imei has to start with 00


    i do not know where to go to get one. i have a sim card and a phone but that imei number is not a nextel imei number so the sim card cannot be activated.

    unless someone knows how to activate the sim card without using imei number


    will pay $5 dollars for IMEI as long as the number is not from a stolen phone.
