    I dropped my Samsung Rogue in water. it turns on, but when i try to open anything under menu, it just starts scrolling really fast through the sub-menus, nonstop. so basically, i cannot get into any sort of menu - only send and receive phone calls. Is this an electronic issue or software issue? (Sorry - not too familiar with how this stuff works. Just want to know if it's fixable).
