Although I'm not a big fan of this style I have to admit I like the simple look. For $29 after mail in rebate doesn't sound bad at all. It reminds me a bit of the Sony Ericsson bricks

A new phone has been created by Samsung for AT&T and it's the Evergreen. The Samsung Evergreen is an eco-friendly handset that is comprised of 70 percent recycled post consumer plastics and contains 80 percent of recycled post consumer paper in its packaging.

The Samsung Evergreen handset is a messaging phone that features: a 2.4-inch screen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 3G, 2MP camera, Bluetooth and pre-installed AT&T navigator. The great thing about each sale of the Samsung Evergreen is that for every one sold, $1 goes toward Cell Phones for Soldiers, which is a non-profit organization.

The Samsung Evergreen will begin selling with AT&T on November 7 for a price of $29.99 on contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
