    The two handsets by Dell coming to India are two branded Android handset by ZTE. Dell decided to rebrand the ZTE Racer and the ZTE Blade and market them as the Dell XCD28 and XCD35 for India.

    The ZTE Racer and ZTE Blade are already available without the Dell's name outside of India. The Dell XCD28 is now available in India for a price of 10,990 INR, about $248 US. Features of the Dell XCD28 include: Android 2.1, a 2.8 inch QVGA display, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, 3.2MP camera, and MicroSD card support.

    The XCD35, which is not pictured, will cost around 16,990 INR ($384 US) and will come with features such as: Android 2.1, 3.5 inch WVGA touchscreen display, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.2MP autofocus camera, and MicroSD card support. This handset is said to launch sometime before December of this year.
