    Hello all,

I have a Boost Motorola i570 and successfully set it up to run under Vista. I setup a dialup connection and it connects to the service. However upon looking at the ip address given, it shows no gateway and the subnet mask is all 255. It does assign DNS servers and an ip which can be pinged successfully.

I called tech support to ask about it and they said that this phone is not compatible with their internet services. Is this the final word on this matter or is there something that I can do on my end that the tech may not have been aware of?

For example: could I find out the gateway for the Phoenix area and the Subnet mask numbers and punch them into the dial up networking applet?

I want to use my laptop when visiting clients to access services they subscribe to.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Tony
