Russia is getting a new feature phone that will an affordable one called the Samsung C3530. The C3530 is a candybar style handset that comes as a more attractive phone than the Samsung clamshell phone, E2530.

The C3530 has a brushed metal back and will have access to social networks such as Twitter and Facebook and will update the services automatically.

Features of the C3530 includes: a 3.2MP camera, music player, 3.5mm headphone jack and FM Radio with RDS. Price of the Samsung C3530 is 5990 rubles, which is approx. $191 in the U.S.

The phone will sell for 5990 rubles ($191).
