No there is not. This is just another basic feature missing from what is an already terrible phone.

The only thing that comes close to being a count down time, is when you set the alarm. You can set the alarm clock to sound "15 minutes later", or 30, or 60 minutes, etc, etc. To activate this, setup a normal alarm, and when "on" is highlighted, press the right key to set the count down.

Is there an application for such?
