I bought a Sprint Samsung Exclaim and am trying to get it on the Boost network, however the people at Boost have no concept that this can be done even though I've seen it done on my son's cell phone. So far it is 5 days and counting since I ported my number from T-Mobile to Boost and still have no service.

I know the code goes something like ## but that's all I know. Help please?

Boost has been soooo rude about this that I've found myself swearing and I don't swear!
