How do I do a "carriage return" or "line feed" on the Samsung 451C whle entering a text message ? I cannot find any key or combination of keys to "drop down a line".

For example;
Dear John:
new line

I cannot do this on the 451c except to insert a bunch of spaces to fill the line out.

Samsung's tech help folks have no idea how to do it.
