I recently dropped my LG Rumour touch on the ground and broke its touch screen. Since the most economical way to fix it was to do the repairs myself, I decided to give it a try. The repair was a success. I’m just an amateur (I’ve never tried to fix anything like this before), but I learned how to disassemble the phone on the internet. I was never able to find any video of how to replace the digitizer, so I decided to make one. Again, please remember that I’m not a pro so my techniques may not necessarily be the best approach. Follow along at your own risk. The repair isn’t quite as easy as it looks; it took me more than a couple of hours to finish this. The end result may not be as beautiful as if you had it repaired professionally, but it’s nice enough for me!
