My LG Prime's touch screen completely stopped working. Nothing seems wrong with the screen and I never dropped it. It seems like it needs to be re-calibrated but I can not access the settings. Sometimes when I touch the bottom left corner it will hit the menu button all the way on the right side of the screen. I managed to make it to the calibration screen but it doesn't allow me to click the points to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your touch screen digitizer screen needs replacement.
View ebay for parts and youtube for repair

If I touch somthing on the left side of my phone, something on the right side gets pressed. If I touch somthing on the right side of my phone, something on the extreme left side gets pressed. Therefore, I cannot enter the TouchPad Calibration screen. My warranty still covers my phone. However, in the past when I needed a replacement phone from my cell phone company, they told me my phone had come into contact with a liquid. This was never true. But, I could not get a replacement phone due to their statement, which nullifies the warranty. What should I do?

I thought that sensors behind the screen had been misplaced, so I banged the phone. However, that just made things worse.

The screen of your phone is broken. Maybe you can buy a new phone if the maintenance is too high .
