the problem persists. already deleted the contacts from the SIM card and just let the phone memory and not resolved. have also checked and have no repeated contact. It's weird because when I connect the phone to the PC, the Nokia Ovi Suite program can read the message and there appears the names!

one problem of the nokia phone is if there are multiple entry with same phone number with different names.. the number will appear and not the contact.. try to check if there is another entry with same phone number..

someone help me!
Buy Nokia c7 and whenever I get a message, I have the contact stored in the inbox and so appears to me the number and not the contact name!
I want somebody who helps to solve the problem, I have been to the store, gave me a new and the problem continues!
